I'M BK HOPGOOD

I have taken from owning a shoe-shining business to owning a commercial Mortgage company

I have started a commercial mortgage company back in 2000 and by 2003 became a direct lender with a

lending capacity of a 150 million dollars.

My mortgage company originated more than 300 million dollars worth of “Class A” property types for four consecutive years.

I have founded 360 Real Estate Company in 2008 with the goal of having a presence in every sector of the market. With that in mind 360 Commercial Real Estate, 360 Homes and 360 Construction became subsidiaries of 360 Real Estate Company.

In 2017 I've entered into the Hemp & Cannabis space as a manufacturer and processor of high quality hemp derived products.

For years, I have counseled individuals and clients about self-limiting beliefs and the road to building character. I know what it takes to succeed and change lives, but I also have experience with people that hold back because they are misinformed.

I also believe that we have a tendency to ignore the facts and not deal with the issues that impact our life.
